By scheduling or receiving services from Curb Appeal & Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services & Estimates

All estimates provided by Curb Appeal & Co. are based on the information available at the time of quoting, including customer descriptions, photos, or publicly available property records.

Final pricing may be adjusted if actual job conditions differ from the information provided. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Larger-than-expected service areas

  • Excessive buildup, debris, or neglect

  • Limited access to service areas

  • Additional labor required for safety or equipment needs

Any pricing changes will be discussed with the customer prior to continuing the service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

After the service is completed, a representative from Curb Appeal & Co. will contact the customer to confirm satisfaction and collect payment.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Cash

  • Secure online invoice payment

If payment is not received within 7 days of service, a late fee of $25 may be applied to the outstanding balance.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to additional collection actions.

Deposits

For larger or multi-day services, Curb Appeal & Co. may require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposits may be required for services including, but not limited to:

  • Deck staining

  • Fence staining

  • Large junk removal jobs

  • Major property clean-ups

Typical deposit amount: 25–50% of the estimated service cost.

Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Customers may reschedule an appointment once without penalty.

If a service appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than once without sufficient notice, an additional $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

Weather Policy

Many of our services depend on safe weather conditions.

If weather conditions prevent safe or effective service, Curb Appeal & Co. may reschedule the appointment. Customers will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.

Property Access Requirements

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to the following before the scheduled appointment:

  • Clear access to all work areas

  • Pets and children secured away from service areas

  • Gates unlocked or access instructions provided

If service cannot be completed due to lack of access, a trip fee of $50 may apply.

Surface & Property Condition Disclaimer

Exterior cleaning services may reveal pre-existing damage or wear that was not previously visible.

This may include:

  • Loose paint or oxidation

  • Weak siding or trim

  • Aged wood surfaces

  • Deteriorated caulking or sealants

  • Pre-existing cracks or structural issues

Curb Appeal & Co. will always take care to minimize risk and use appropriate cleaning methods; however, we cannot guarantee that pre-existing issues will not become visible during cleaning.

Curb Appeal & Co. is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improperly installed materials

  • Aging or deteriorated surfaces

  • Hidden structural weaknesses

  • Pre-existing damage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for corrective service.

Junk Removal Restrictions

For safety and legal reasons, Curb Appeal & Co. cannot remove certain materials, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Paint or solvents

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Fuel tanks or pressurized containers

  • Biohazard materials

If prohibited items are discovered during service, removal will be declined and additional fees may apply.

Marketing & Photography

Curb Appeal & Co. may take photographs of completed work for documentation and marketing purposes.

These images may be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Personal identifying information such as customer names or addresses will never be published.

Liability & Insurance

Curb Appeal & Co. maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services.

However, customers acknowledge that exterior cleaning and property maintenance work may involve inherent risks due to aging materials, environmental conditions, and pre-existing structural conditions.

By authorizing service, the customer agrees that Curb Appeal & Co. is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing defects or conditions outside our control.

Agreement

By scheduling or accepting service from Curb Appeal & Co., the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
